Meeting Minutes
January 19, 2021
Attendance: John Vickers, Dick Durbin, Dallas Johnson, Marty Spears, Les Shope, Rick Johnson, John Beal, Dustin McCormick, Kevin Copland, and Jason Kelly.
Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was waived.
Treasurer’s Report:
Cash on hand $836.50
Bank Account $2,314.68
Credits (due to members) $1,985.88
Total Club Funds $1,165.30
Prior to the meeting seven members’ 2021 dues were paid out of their credits. Two members paid at the meeting.
Members were reminded to make reservations for lodging at the Eufaula tournaments.
Dick Durbin won the dollar pot.
