Meeting Minutes
May 1, 2012

 

Attendance:

Billy Owens, Jason Junkin, Hunter Peacock, John Vickers, John Rudolph, Dick Durbin, Rick Johnson, Dallas Johnson, Tony Canington, Roger Timmons, Mike Wheeler, Don Gainey, Brooks Woodard, Larry Morris, Bill Cotterall, Bob McCann, John Harrison, John Waugh, Taylor Jacobs, John Beal, and Fred Jones 

Meeting was called to order at 7:33 p.m.

Minutes were accepted as posted on the club web site.

Rick Johnson gave the following treasurer’s report:
     Cash............................................. $508.29

     Bank.......................................... $2,896.83

     Credits....................................... $1,899.55

 
     Total.......................................... $1,505.57

 
Rick asked that everyone who is planning to go to Blackshear pay for the cost of the cabins no later than the second meeting in August since that is when the club will receive the charge for them.

New Members: Brooks Woodward, Larry Morris and Mike Wheeler were all voted into the club.

 John Vickers:

 -Reviewed the results of the April tournament on Talquin and the Angler of the Year standings.

-Advised the club that 10 rooms have been reserved for the Eufaula tournament.

Roger Timmons reported that he has seen reports that the water is dangerously low on Eufaula right now.
 
The club voted that the size limit for all species of fish for the Eufaula tournament would be 14 inches.
