CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President John Rudolph.

MEETING AGENDA: The meeting agenda was reviewed. The agenda was approved by general consensus.
PRIOR MEETING MINUTES: John Rudolph advised that the minutes from the March 19, 2013 meeting were on the web site. Dick Durbin moved that the reading of the minutes be accepted as posted; Rodger Timmons seconded the motion. The minutes were approved.
VOTE ON PLEDGES: John Rudolph advised that both of the pledges who were present at the meeting, Dusty Stacy and Justin Sutton, had satisfactorily completed the requirements for membership. The two were asked to step outside while the membership discussed this. All members who had fished with either of the pledges advised that they felt that Dusty and Justin would be a good fit in the club. Both were voted in unanimously. After the pledges were brought back in, John Vickers brought up, for the benefit of the “old-timers”, that we had just voted in two people who were currently leading the club in the Angler of the Year standings, and that we could expect to get our butts handed to us this year.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Treasurer Rick Johnson provided the following treasurer’s report:

TOURNAMENT CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: John Vickers provided the results of the April 20th tournament on Lake Seminole.
