March 15, 2016

Attendance: Mike Thomas, John Vickers, John Beal, Dick Durbin, Chris Edrington, Rick Johnson, Les Shope, Billy Owens, Marty Spears, John Rudolph, Doug Willard, Bryce Harvey, Dallas Johnson, Kevin Copland, John Waugh (p), Lou Comer

Meeting called to order by President Les Shope at 7:30 PM.

Meeting Agenda was presented and approved (1st John Rudolph, 2nd Dick Durbin)

Minutes of from the 3/1/16 meeting were approved as posted (1st John Rudolph, 2nd Marty Spears)

Financial report was reported as follows by Treasurer Chris Edrington

Cash: $100.00

Bank: $2137.50

Accounts receivable: $30.00

Credits: $1663.40

Total: $604.10

Financial report was approved (Motion to approve Dick Durbin, 2nd Mike Thomas)

New Business:

Executive Board voted to reinstate Lou Comer from inactive status.

Dollar Pot was won by Lou Comer.

The next tournament will be held on Saturday, March 19th from safe daylight until 4pm. The tournament will be held out of Sunset Landing.

It was discussed that, considering space with another tournament at Sunset, we will line up and blast off early to beat the crowd.

The potential chance for heavy rain was discussed and everyone was reminded to stay safe.

The draw for the Jackson tournament was held with the following results:

Tournament Director Mike Thomas issued permits to those fishing the tournament.

Billy Owens brought up the wonderful job that Chris Edrington has done as treasurer.

The next meeting will be held 4/5/16 at Smashburger
